The Unmarked Police Car is a police vehicle included in the 911 Operator DLC Special Resources. It has several advantages over a regular Police Car, including both traveling speed and arrest speed, but pays for this with reduced armor protection for officers.

- Very Low Visibility: The Unmarked Police Car has a Visibility value of 0.1, allowing incidents to spawn 10 times closer to it than most other vehicles in the game.
- Suspect Bonus: Officers traveling in an Unmarked Police Car receive a large bonus to their suspect processing and arrest speed, allowing them to complete such tasks very quickly.
- Auto-Patrol: The Unmarked Police Car will automatically patrol the area where it was stationed, randomly choosing nearby destinations to drive to. If the player does not intervene, it may stray from its original position over time.
- Mediocre Acceleration: The Unmarked Police Car has an mediocre acceleration value of 30, similar to the Police Car and many other land vehicles.
- Terrible Armor: The Unmarked Police Car has an armor value of 0.1, offering almost no protection to officers during fights. It has one of the lowest armor values in the game.
- Mediocre Offroad Performance: The Unmarked Police Car loses 50% of its top speed while driving on rough terrain.
