The Ambulance is a rescue vehicle in 911 Operator and 112 Operator. It is the basic medical response vehicle in the game, and provides a bonus to medical treatment skills for all medics inside. It is not very fast nor maneuverable compared to police vehicles, but is average among medical vehicles.

- Medical Bonus: Medics traveling in an Ambulance receive a large bonus to their medical treatment rate, allowing them to complete such tasks very quickly.
- Poor Acceleration: With an Acceleration value of 20, the Ambulance has trouble reaching top speed, and doesn't change directions very easily.
- Mediocre Offroad Performance: The Ambulance loses 50% of its top speed while driving on rough terrain.
- No Armor: The Ambulance has an armor value of 0, providing no additional protection to medics during fights.
